05Bonuses & Promotions

08Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by xh777

xh777 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder has violated these Terms; xh777 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; xh777 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction or court order; or xh777 identifies that the account belongs to a person under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, xh777 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the registered email address. Any funds in a suspended account that are confirmed as legitimately deposited (i.e., not derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to the original deposit method following the investigation.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your xh777 account at any time by contacting the support team. A withdrawal of any remaining balance will be processed to your verified payment method before closure.
